Do I need a separate WhatsApp number?

You'll use one dedicated WhatsApp Business number for Yapp. It can't be logged into the normal WhatsApp app at the same time, so it should be a number that isn't someone's personal WhatsApp.

How is this different from WhatsApp on a phone?

Instead of one person on one phone, your whole team shares one number from a dashboard — with routing to the right branch and management oversight. Nothing walks out the door when a staff member leaves.

Does it work for multiple branches?
